2. Data Collected and Purpose

Registration: Name, email address, encrypted password — Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract performance).

AI Processing: Project descriptions and content are forwarded to the Claude API by Anthropic (USA) and the GPT Image API by OpenAI (USA); no sharing with third parties for advertising purposes.

Server Logs: IP addresses, timestamps, accessed URLs — deleted after 30 days.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored on EU servers and transmitted exclusively via TLS/HTTPS. We use Neon Database (EU region) as our database provider.

4. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We only share your data to the extent necessary to provide the service:

• Anthropic PBC (AI processing, USA) • OpenAI Inc. (AI image generation, USA) • Vercel Inc. (Frontend hosting, USA) • Neon Inc. (Database, EU region) • Resend Inc. (Email delivery, USA)

With US service providers, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are in place as appropriate safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection under GDPR. Contact us at info@anipage.io.

6. Cookies

We use only technically necessary session cookies (Auth.js / NextAuth). No tracking or marketing cookies are used.

7. Data Deletion

Personal data is deleted once the purpose of processing no longer applies and no legal retention obligations apply. You can delete your account at any time in Settings or by emailing info@anipage.io.

8. Right to Lodge a Complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Germany, the responsible authority is the Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (BfDI).
